Provides employment and training services for Six Nations citizens and employers including:

Disability Opportunity Initiative – employer support in hiring employees with disabilities;

Internships – offer placements recent university and college graduates with career related skills enhancement and work experience;
 
On the Job Training - provide training and work experience for Six Nations citizens by providing on-the-job training costs, wage subsidies and other specified costs to employers;  
 
Skills Enhancement - provides financial assistance to Six Nations employers for the training of Six Nations citizens with a goal to enhance existing skills and / or maintain skills for the technology in the workplace;  
 
Student Program - provides wage subsidies to employers to provide career-related jobs for students in Canada;

Summer Challenge - provides an opportunity for secondary students ages 16 - 17 years to develop skills through on the job training while providing local businesses/organizations with summer help. The program also encourages personal development through life skills and job readiness training while stressing the importance of staying in school;
 
Targeted Wage Subsidy - offers wage subsidy to employers to provide work experience for Six Nations citizens
